kids & teens eat free every Summer & Winter Break

The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) is a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) federally funded program that reimburses sponsors for administrative and operational costs to provide meals for children 18 years of age and younger during periods when they are out of school for fifteen (15) or more consecutive school days.
Our meals are prepared and delivered by food vendors whom meet strict USDA guidelines. Lunch and Supper meals consist of two ounces of protein, two servings of fruits/vegetables, one serving of bread, and eight ounces of milk. Breakfast includes one serving of fruit or vegetable, one serving of bread and eight ounces of milk.
We provide our services so you don't have to manage; meal production, meal distribution to sites, compliance requirements, staff training, state and federal audits and state claim submittals.
These are challenging times and we want you to know that we are here to support families in our community when kids are out of school. To ensure our students have access to a healthy breakfast and lunch, Nutritious Life, a ThruGuidance meals program, is accepting applications for your school, center, park, church or organization to become a meal distribution site. As a distribution site you'll be providing a safe haven place where kids within the community can grab a bite to eat!
ROUND II APPLICATION DEADLINE: APRIL 15, 2023
